2. Fax TOLL FREE, the completed, signed forms along with a copy of the Transaction Record Sheet, signed by your Manager or Office Administrator. PLEASE INCLUDE A VOIDED COPY OF A CHEQUE SO WE GET THE DEPOSIT INTO THE RIGHT ACCOUNT.
3. Call Jennifer, TOLL FREE to make sure she received your fax.

1. The deal must be a firm residential transaction with construction completed.
2. The top limit on any one deal is $5,000.00.
3. The Bank's deadline for the Electronic Funds Transfer is Noon Pacific time, so we need the paper work in our hands in time for us to process it and meet the deadline, for same-day service.
