- Print out the application and assignment forms from this site.
- Realtor: Fax or email the completed, signed forms along with a copy of the Transaction Record Sheet, signed by your Manager or Office Administrator. PLEASE INCLUDE A VOIDED COPY OF A CHEQUE SO WE GET THE DEPOSIT INTO THE RIGHT ACCOUNT.

Mortgage Broker: Fax or email the completed, signed forms along with a copy of the Transaction Record Sheet, signed commitment by Buyer and confirmation of funding letter.

Naturally, There are a Few Limitations
- The deal must be a firm residential transaction with construction completed.
- The top limit on any one deal is $5,000.00.
- The Bank's deadline for the Electronic Funds Transfer is Noon Pacific time, so we need the paper work in our hands in time for us to process it and meet the deadline, for same-day service.
